Quick Troubleshooting

  • Ensure the app is updated to the latest version (App Store → Updates).
  • Switch between Wi‑Fi and cellular networks, then retry.
  • If the app crashes or freezes, relaunch the app or reboot your device.
  • Grant Camera/Photos/Microphone permissions: iOS Settings → PoseMe → Permissions.
  • Free up storage to ensure there is enough space to capture and save media.

How to submit a complete issue report?
In your email, please include: device model, iOS version, app version, network environment, issue description, steps to reproduce, expected result, and screenshots or a screen recording. The more complete the info, the faster we can diagnose.
Preview is laggy or delayed while shooting?
Close background apps that consume resources, ensure sufficient storage and battery; disable Low Power Mode; confirm camera permission is granted and restart the app.
Failed to save to Photos?
Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos, and ensure PoseMe is set to "All Photos"; if it still fails, send us a screenshot of the error.
How to export original photos or videos?
In the Album page, select the content to export, tap Share and choose "Save to Files" or send to another device via AirDrop.
